You can personalize your bottle by adding your own name, message or occasion, choosing from our selection of pre-existing designs, uploading your own logo, image or artwork, or combining text and design.
For the best result, please keep your design simple and ensure that uploaded artwork is of sufficient quality.

Preview
The online rendering is intended to give you an approximate visual representation of the final engraving. The actual result may vary. The final engraving will be produced according to technical requirements and may require minor adjustments to ensure the best possible result.

Need a more elaborate design?
Contact us through your Henri Giraud representative or partner. Our team can work with you on a tailored rendering and assess the feasibility of your requested personalization.
For particularly complex designs, logos, illustrations or special occasions, we may recommend a bespoke design adapted specifically to the bottle.
4.
Order Number
If you already have a confirmed order, please enter your order number when requested. This allows us to associate your personalization with the relevant order.
If you do not yet have an order number, you can still create and preview your personalization before validating your order. Please contact your Henri Giraud partner or representative to proceed with your bottle order.
5.
Design Approval
Submitting a personalization request does not automatically confirm production. The design may be reviewed for technical feasibility, engraving quality, positioning and dimensions and compliance with Henri Giraud brand standards. Where necessary, we may request confirmation of the final design before engraving. Henri Giraud reserves the right to refuse or modify designs that are technically unsuitable, inappropriate, unlawful, or incompatible with the brand's image.
6.
Logos & Copyright
By uploading a logo, image or artwork, you confirm that you are authorized to use the content and to request its reproduction on the bottle. You are responsible to respect the trademark rights and related laws.
7.
Production
Personalized bottles are individually crafted and therefore require additional preparation and production time. Once the personalization has been validated, the engraving will be carried out according to the approved design and applicable production requirements. You will be contacted by your Henri Giraud representative or partner for order and delivery details and arrangements.
8.
Upload Your Own Artwork
You can upload your own logo, illustration or artwork to create a truly personalized engraving.
Accepted format: SVG only.
For the best engraving result, please make sure that:
- The artwork has no background — please remove any white, coloured or photographic background before uploading
- Text within your artwork should preferably be converted to vector outlines/paths
- Avoid very fine details, gradients, shadows or photographic elements, as these may not reproduce well through engraving

You only have a JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS or another format?
You will need to convert your artwork to SVG before uploading it. Simply renaming the file extension does not convert the artwork into a vector file. For simple logos and illustrations, you can use a free online image-to-SVG converter such as SVGcreator.
If you cannot prepare your artwork in the required format, please contact Henri Giraud. Our team can help assess your design and, where possible, create a tailored rendering for your bottle. Fees may apply.
